  3. Pair from Desktop → Settings → Pairing with the QR code on the same Wi‑Fi.

Desktop apps

Install the desktop hub

Download the latest production desktop build for your platform. Paid buyers can also use their personal recovery link from checkout email.

Access & Setup

1. Choose your plan

Compare Local Free, Remote Monthly, and Remote Lifetime on the homepage purchase section. Local Free covers same-WiFi use; paid plans unlock remote listening.

  • Local Free: local library scan, phone pairing, LAN use, no remote.
  • Remote Monthly: $3/month — listen away from home while billing is active.
  • Remote Lifetime Early Bird: $99 once (standard price later: $149).

2. Download the desktop app

Use the production Mac, Windows, or Linux downloads above. Paid buyers also land on the access handoff page after Stripe and receive a recovery link plus license email. Free users request access with email and receive a free license plus recovery link.

If you already purchased and need the latest build again, use your recovery link. If you lost it, contact support at music-hub@gordo.design.

Pre-release desktop and mobile betas live on the beta builds page when a newer preview is published.

3. Licensing rules

  • LAN and same-WiFi playback stay available without a paid license.
  • Remote streaming, Tailscale, and public remote access require a valid remote license.
  • Each paid remote license binds to one desktop computer.
  • Today your computer stays as the hub. Easier remote setup is planned later.
  • Discord and Telegram are public during this launch and do not require a paid plan.
